Currently there are five types of messaging features supported by our mobile messaging dashboard.
Alerts
A message or series of messages, that are scheduled to be sent automatically at a specified date/time to all active subscribers of a campaign. Users must opt-in / subscribe to the alerts service. |

Auto-Responders
An automatic generation of a specific message based on the receipt of a specified keyword from a user. Auto-Responders are delivered to the user whenever they send in the keyword. They are not scheduled at specific times like Alerts. Different keywords can trigger different responses or messages. |

Text-to-Screen
SMS messages sent by end users in response to a call to action with the goal of publishing the user-generated SMS messages to a public forum, such as live presentation screen or video screen. |

Voting/Polling
A message, or series of messages, that prompt users to answer a specific question with the intent of expressing an opinion or preference. The question(s) do not have predetermined right or wrong answer(s). |
